Oscar O’Connor – Cyber Security and Innovation

An independent management consultant specialising cyber security, innovation, risk management and technology-driven change. My customers come to me to help them define and implement effective strategies with a view to improving overall business performance whilst meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. I provide strategic advice, executive coaching, internal and external communications and training as well as programme planning, mobilisation and leadership.

A personal note:  My track record is one of making things happen, usually in aggressive time scales and in complex environments, with large teams of diverse, experienced professionals. As a qualified and experienced MSP and PRINCE2 Practitioner I am accustomed to structuring and delivering transformational programmes that focus on delivering the required outcomes and business benefits.I am active in the Information Assurance Advisory Council (IAAC) and Chief Competition Assessor for the Cyber Security Challenge UK through which avenues I hope to help attract new, young talent into this exciting industry.
